This morning you will visit one of the most impressive sites in Casablanca - the mighty Mosque of Hassan II. Second only in size to the great mosque at Mecca, the huge building sits partly on land and partly over sea and is one of the only religious sites here that is open to non-Muslims. Lace up your boots and set off on your walk in the derelict medina with your local guide. Delve into the everyday life of locals while hearing in more detail, stories from your insider about the city as you stroll through.

Today, we head to Essaouira - A beautiful laid-back seaside city, with white-washed medieval looking houses, snug tiny wood workshops, art galleries, mosques, souks, and restaurants. crushing Atlantic waves and enjoy the view of the ocean. Continue to the port, with pungent fish smells, busy with fishermen auctioning their day`s catch. The rest of the day is yours; you may want to take a leisurely walk barefoot on the windswept beach.

Today meet your local guide, step inside the medina, and get drawn by the salty beach air infused with a compelling woody scent, everything is packed and within a walking distance. Navigate through the sandstone walkways and pick up on a haywire of Gnawa music. Make your way to Skala, a 15th century citadel with a turret, Portuguese based architecture, built to protect the town from the crushing Atlantic waves and enjoy the view of the ocean. Continue to the port, with pungent fish smells, busy with fishermen auctioning their day`s catch. The rest of the day is yours; you may want to take a leisurely walk barefoot on the windswept beach.

Today hit the road to Marrakech - the captivating ochre city. A modern antique-like city, its one-thousand-year-old walls encapsulate a fusion of lively souks, craftsmen, red sandstone humble houses, Mosques, Museums, narrow winding alleyways, gardens and the vibrant famous Jemaa el fna square. This afternoon meet your local guide and get to taste a variety of local flavorful bites as you wander off in out of sight shops sampling olives, snack on nuts, local treats, spices, traditional breads, and why not try sheep`s head, well that`s not for the faint hearted!

Today get ready for an authentic cookery experience ` from Souk to Plate` as locals do every day. Meet your host, learn a few Darija words for ingredients, and head to the local market to buy all you need from local vendors, from meat, vegetables, spices to herbs. Basic elements to make your Moroccan cuisine, afterwards, walk back to a local home and with your cook, level up your cooking skills and whip up a Tagine that you won`t dare to leave unfinished for lunch.

Today leave Marrakech behind and start a new discovery – drive to Skoura - one of Morocco's beautiful oases, located close to Ouarzazate near the Atlas Mountains. Visitors usually come to Skoura as a stop for a quick snack and a break before heading to the neighboring cities. However, the city offers its visitors the chance to rest and relax within its charming natural and calming atmosphere. crushing Atlantic waves and enjoy the view of the ocean. Depart Skoura and head straight to Sahara Desert - Merzouga is the rocky desert plateau that gives way to a vast stretched sea of sandy hills, the far-flung Erg Chebbi. The golden magical dunes regularly moving by wind, blown across wide parts of North Africa, including the Algerian border nearby. These dunes can reach up to 180 meters, which makes it a thrilling place with unparalleled serenity like no other. Today, prepare yourself for a long drive day to Fes - the finest medieval city in the Arab world, an ancient Imperial capital for centuries, and Morocco`s former intellectual and spiritual heart. Much of its history is left untouched in the old medina, the world's largest car-free urban part.

Meet your local guide, and venture into the narrow maze-like alleys of the medina. Soak in an intriguing blend of authentic visuals, eerie sounds, foreign smelling odors, everything is as captivating as a spell on the senses. Walk through Bab Boujloud and get lost under the skin of the medina where workshops, tailors, bazaars, and restaurants are sprinkled in packed passageways. This evening you will have the unique opportunity to see a different side of Moroccan life as you are warmly welcomed into the home of a local family for a pastilla dinner. One of the country's most celebrated dishes, this sweet and savory delight is made with layered pastry and meat, cooked with eggs, caramelized onions, lemon, and sugared almonds. Today drive to Meknes - an imperial historical city. Although it has seen many dynasties since the 11th century, its glory goes to Sultan Moulay Ismail’s love for architecture, the town used to be a monumental work of art during the 17th century. With your local guide, explore the charming streets of Meknes's medina - the old walled section of the city. There is something particularly special about exploring this lesser-known medina as the locals go about their daily lives. Walk to the shrine of Moulay Ismail, visit the granaries and stop by a local market selling vegetables, olives, and sweets. Afterwards, drive on to the ruins of Volubilis. Once a provincial Roman capital and distant outpost of the empire, the remains make an undeniably impressive sight. Here a local guide will show you around, provide expert knowledge, and help you imagine the bustling city that once was. In the evening, head back to Fes.

Today, drive to Chefchaouen - the adorable little blue gem, beautifully perched beneath the raw peaks of the Rif mountains is the most attractive city in Morocco. The unique blue paint was brought by Jews who sought refuge in town during the 15th century escaping the Spanish Inquisition. The color is believed to reflect the Jewish religious tradition of threading the white and blue prayer shawls, this stands for the sky as a reminder for spiritual life.

This morning, you will discover Chefchaouen beneath the blue during a tour of the medina with a local guide. Tour its winding alleyways, cobbled plazas and unique doorways and find out what makes the city so alluring. The walk is pleasant in the winding cobblestone streets, blue-washed walls, tiny shops scattered across selling wares of local crafted items. Around every corner there is a photo opportunity, the town is literally a photographer`s fairyland. The rest of the day is yours to wander further, or you may like to linger in a café in the Uta el Hammam Plaza and watch the slow paced and local way of life

Today, head to Tangier - the most cosmopolitan and European looking city in Morocco. The town of Tangier has been luring people for a very long stretch of time. It was under the control of Phoenicians during the 7th century, then taken over by the Romans in the Medieval Period who made it the capital of Mauretania, then later by the Arabs who lost it to the Portuguese and finally seized by the Alaouites. This results in a coalition of Maghrebian and Andalusian architectural design. The city also attracts Artists and writers who found peculiar inspiration in its Mediterranean and Atlantic vibe, from the novelist Paul Bowles, the visual artist and writer William Burroughs to the playwright Tennessee Williams and many others.

Today drive to Rabat - Morocco`s capital, settled on the Atlantic Ocean, at the mouth of the river Bou Regreg.  Though it might seem more modern with westernized colonial streets, shopping centers, cafés, and restaurants, it is grounded in a rich history dating back from Almohad to Merenid dynasties to Alaouite at present, portrayed in stunning Kasbahs and old medina. In the late evening, join your group for an included farewell dinner

Occasionally circumstances beyond our control will force changes, amendments or modifications to the itinerary and its inclusions. TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is a condition of travel that each passenger is adequately covered by a proper insurance cover. Please also check the contingencies of your prospective insurance cover and ensure you are aware of its conditions and omissions. We strongly advise travel insurance from time of booking to provide full cover. In the event that Travel insurance is arranged independently a copy of the travel insurance policy is required at the time of final payment

GUARANTEED GROUP DEPARTURES

The Group program offered in this brochure are group touring programs The term ‘group tour’ is defined as having a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 passengers travelling. Once West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre confirms 8 deposited passengers travelling, it guarantees that the group tour will depart. In the event of only 7 passengers or less book and travel on that specific departure we are unable to operate that departure as a group tour and that departure will be withdrawn or offered at a revised cost. In rare instances such as this, West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre guarantees to advise all parties concerned of the withdrawal of the tour at least 60 days prior to its scheduled departure date. authority or for any reason whether of a similar or dissimilar nature beyond the control of West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre, this agreement shall terminate and there shall be no claim for damages by either party against the other.

UNSUITABILITY

If the operators consider any passenger as an unsuitable person for any tour it may in its absolute discretion cancel that passenger’s booking or decline to carry that passenger further, if at all. authority or for any reason whether of a similar or dissimilar nature beyond the control of West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre, this agreement shall terminate and there shall be no claim for damages by either party against the other.

Reservation Deposit

For all bookings, a payment of a deposit of $500.00 per person is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. This fee is in addition to Travel Provider deposits. The balance of your booking is due by the due date outlined on your statement of account.

Amendment Fees

Changes to Domestic/Trans-Tasman airfare only or accommodation only bookings will incur a fee of $110.00 per passenger per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

Changes to Domestic/Trans-Tasman package, (combination of any of the following – flight, tour, cruise, accommodation, rail) bookings will incur a fee of $110.00 per passenger per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees. Changes to all International bookings /packages (excluding Trans-Tasman airfare bookings), will incur a fee of $110.00 per passenger per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

WCCTC Cancellation Fees

Cancellations to Domestic/Trans-Tasman bookings will incur a fee of 15% or a minimum of $110.00 per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

Cancellations to Domestic/Trans-Tasman package (combination of any of the following – flight, tour, cruise, accommodation or rail) bookings will incur a fee of 15% or a minimum of $165.00 per passenger per booking in addition to Provider and credit card fees.

Cancellations to International bookings (excluding Trans-Tasman bookings) will incur a fee of 15% or a minimum of $220.00 per booking in addition to Providers and credit card fees.

Credit Card Fees

The Credit card fee will depend on the product purchased and if WCCTC or the Travel Provider are the merchant. Should the Provider be the merchant of the transaction, you will be subject to their fees / charges for credit card. Should WCCTC be the merchant, our credit card fees are listed below. WCCTC will advise clients of the fees applicable at time of payment to allow clients to decide whether to use a credit card or not.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints you meet. Please ensure to follow our policy

In the unlikely event of a complaint, the client is obliged to make West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre and the local supplier aware of such problems immediately.

West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre will only consider claims made against it in those circumstances where a complaint has been made pursuant to sub paragraph (1) above and where the claim has been received by it within 30 days from the end of the services provided by it, otherwise, the client will have no right to make any claim against it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre acts only as a booking agent making reservations with the companies or associates offering the services contained in this itinerary. Whilst acting in good faith, West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre does not accept any responsibility for default causing loss or injury to person or property whether by negligence or otherwise on the part of the operator or accommodation managers/owners or its employees. West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre has made every effort to ensure the quality of accommodation and the accuracy of the itinerary but shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction the passenger may have with the accommodation and touring or any injury, damage or loss caused by the change or withdrawal of any price, detail or other item or service. In addition, West Coast Cruise and Travel Centre shall not be held responsible for any loss of quality of goods or services supplied or any changes in an itinerary beyond our control made by third parties.
